Scope of Work

Provides support in housekeeping, maintenance of cleanliness, monitoring of repairs, and maintenance of SEARCA Residence Hotel (SRH) and/or SRH Annex.

Minimum Qualifications Education

At least 2 years in College or Vocational Graduate.

Work Experience

With at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality or hotel industry or a similar role. 

Technical Knowledge

  1. Performs custodial and housekeeping duties.
  2. Secures and maintains an inventory of materials and supplies, as well as adept at data and records management.
  3. Performs general maintenance work.
  4. Possesses good clerical skills to support administrative tasks effectively.
  5. Demonstrates good communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
  6. Ability to interact effectively with individuals from different nationalities and diverse cultural backgrounds.
  7. Detail-oriented with a strong ability to adhere to instructions.
  8. Capable of working independently with minimum supervision and open to flexible shift/schedule. 

People Skills

  1. Exhibits customer service and strong interpersonal skills.
  2. Adheres to standard procedures, regulations, and instructions.
  3. Capable of organizing work efficiently without constant supervision.
  4. Thrives under pressure, results-driven, and pays close attention to details.
